These Terms govern access to and use of Blueveno. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service scope
Blueveno is a trading journal and review tool. It helps you record, review, and analyze your own activity.
2. No financial advice
Blueveno is a journaling and review tool. It does not provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations.
You are fully responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, and outcomes.
3. Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us if you believe your account is compromised.
4. Trial, premium, and access
Accounts may start with a trial period. Premium access enables full write features. After trial ends without Premium, access becomes read-only until upgrade. Billing/subscription terms may be expanded when paid checkout is enabled.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems, or use Blueveno for unlawful purposes.
6. Data and content
You retain rights to your journal content and uploaded links. You grant Blueveno the limited rights necessary to host, process, and display your content to operate the service.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blueveno disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten platform integrity.
